These terms apply when you download or use Tipi on iOS or Android. By using Tipi, you agree to use it responsibly and understand what the app does—and does not—provide.

Tipi lets you manually record a personal savings habit. It is not a bank, wallet, payment processor, investment service, or financial adviser. It does not hold or transfer funds, connect to financial accounts, guarantee savings results, or replace professional advice.
Your entries and decisions
You are responsible for the accuracy of the amounts you record and for your own financial decisions. Only log money you have actually set aside. Goals, streaks, trophies, achievements, and other progress markers are motivational features with no cash or transferable value.
Platform services
Local notifications, iCloud sync on iOS, and Android backup or device transfer depend on your permissions, device settings, operating system, network availability, and Apple or Google services. Those third-party platform services are governed by their own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Tipi, attempt to interfere with the app or its distribution, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use its branding and artwork without permission. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and store rules.
Availability and updates
Tipi is provided as available. Features, compatibility, and artwork may change as the app improves. The developer may fix, add, remove, or discontinue features, and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device.
Your data and backups
You are responsible for maintaining any device or platform backups you need. Resetting, clearing app data, uninstalling, changing devices, or disabling platform sync may result in loss of records. See the Privacy Policy for platform-specific storage details.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tipi is provided without warranties, and the developer is not responsible for financial decisions, missed savings goals, device or platform-service failures, or indirect losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
